The Modern Higher Education Review is an open access journal.

Since 2015 the journal's content is available online withough registration or any additional conditions. Since 2023 the journal  provides instantaneous open access to its content under under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License.

Users have the right to freely read, download, copy and print submitted content, search for content and reference to published articles, distribute the full text thereof and use it for any legitimate purpose (including educational or scientific)  with a binding link to the authors of the works and the original publication in this journal.

We encourage authors to register on the site to use the journal's notification service. To register, use the Register link on the top menu of the journal's home page. You will be able to promptly receive by mail the content pages of newly published editions of our publication and allow the editors to track reader priorities and interests. Please read our Privacy Policy, which states that the magazine will not share the names and email addresses of its readers with third parties.
